AWN Channels for Involvement
- Monthly luncheons that provide a structured networking opportunity and notable speakers. Our luncheons have featured such luminaries as Rosalyn Carter, Jane Fonda, Hala Moddelmog, Juanita Baranco, Paula Rosput and Nellie Duke.
- Professional development seminars in communication, business skills and personal development.
- Opportunities to expand your skills or show others your capabilities through committee membership and leadership positions
Rules/Requirements
Membership is open to persons committed to civic or professional careers in the Atlanta area who support the Mission of the Corporation. Membership eligibility is based on meeting one of the following:
- Baccalaureate degree plus five years managerial or professional experience;
- A combination of education and experience totaling at least nine years; or
- Professional or volunteer community work of at least nine years.
The Board of Directors may waive these eligibility requirements in individual cases upon recommendation of the Membership Committee.
Membership Dues
- Dues for new and renewing Members are $ 150 / year.
