Cathleen Chartier, Owner of Hugs & Quiches Catering since 1999, has been passionate about food for over twenty years. Since her college days in Michigan, she has worked in all but one area of foodservice. The missing ingredient, cooking. Her passion for the Hospitality industry, and for warmer weather, brought her to Atlanta where she received her Culinary Arts degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Food is her adventure to share with others.

Melissa Fedorko, Chef at Feast Atlanta, worked in some of the premier resorts in the southeast before she decided to ply her trade in the South's most forward-thinking city. Her emphasis on procuring the freshest regional ingredients, rapidly changing menus created by seasonality and trends, and an even-handed food/wine pairing philosophy have served her well in her ascendancy in the Atlanta restaurant scene. Finding a true home at Feast allows Melissa to take the helm at a restaurant where her skills in menu execution, staff education and inventiveness can truly shine through her dishes.

Teri Rogers, Owner & General Manager of Feast Atlanta, has been in the restaurant business since the late 1970's, her fine dining experience beginning with the The Peasant Restaurant Group in the early 80's. Working with several Peasant concepts, Teri gained invaluable knowledge through eight years of front house and kitchen management experience. She gained more experience managing Neighbor's Pub and Darkhorse Tavern before opening Pearl's Cafe with friends in Sewanee, TN. After seven years, she returned to Atlanta and helped open Crescent Moon at Northlake. Later, with Pamela Ledbetter, she opened Wahoo Grill in 2004. Teri was then able to focus on a new and exciting concept that felt instantly comfortable. With the wood-fired pizza oven and fun atmosphere, Feast is a smashing success.

Jennifer Johnson, Owner of West Egg Cafe, grew up in the Washington D.C. area, attended Duke University and the University of Michigan Law School. She married Ben, a native Atlantan, and practiced law at King & Spalding for several years. What began as a daydream about creating an inviting neighborhood café took on a life of its own, and West Egg Cafe opened for business in March 2004 in the historic White Provision Company complex at the intersection of 14th Street and Howell Mill Road. West Egg is an independent coffeehouse and sandwich shop serving breakfast all day and a popular weekend brunch. Jennifer’s son, Marcus, was born a few months after West Egg was hatched.
