The WomenUP event, in the Egyptian Ballroom at The Fox Theatre was both outstanding and enjoyable for the more than 300 who attended.

Marsha Anderson Bomar, one of the panelists for Step Up To Success said:

"What an amazing event. Thank you so much for including me."

Candace Wood, AWN member said:

"...huge success...and the obvious time and attention that it took to pull off was apparent."

AWN Board Member Karla Sinclair was a featured presenter at The Siegel Institute's 8th Annual Phenomenal Women's Conference.

Georgia's Lawmakers Not in Balance with Population
  • In Georgia, half the general population and approximately 55% of registered voters are women.
  • According to the National Conference of State Legislatures, the Georgia General Assembly is 19.5% women - 33rd in the nation.

  



Atlanta Women's Network, founded in 1979, holds luncheons at 103 West in Buckhead on the fourth Tuesday of every month.  Registration begins at 11:30 am followed by networking and an informative presentation by top-notch speakers. The program ends by 1:15.
