Gwen Jolley, Chief Insurance Business Information Officer at ChoicePoint, Inc., orchestrates development and implementation of the custom applications that provide data services to ChoicePoint’s Insurance customers.

Formerly a member of the Deloitte & Touche CIO Services Consulting Practice and the Real Estate Services Practice, she provided advice and guidance to senior IT executives and on occasion temporarily filled the role of CIO for a client.

Her expertise covers both the public and the private sector in Information Technology globally, as International CIO on three continents, United Kingdom, Asia Pacific and the United States. Ms. Jolley specializes in aligning and realigning IT organizations to support their business missions, often following mergers and acquisitions.

Beginning her career as an assembly level developer doing custom applications at a national level for the U.S. Treasury, she progressed through the typical Information Technology career path of developer, analyst and project manager.

She has received numerous Leadership and Special Recognition awards and has been active in various capacities with several professional organizations including, Women in Technology (WIT), as a former Board member.

Ms. Jolley earned a BA degree from University of Central Arkansas.
