PROGRAM: Unlocking Your Communication Code
What if, in 90 seconds or less, you could determine the values that drive someone’s behavior? Well, you can! And, you can learn how to utilize that information to bridge the gap created by individual differences. This workshop will help you determine the values associated with the four personality types of a revolutionary new methodology called B.A.N.K. Unlike other personality assessments, B.A.N.K. focuses on the other individual, not on you. Once identified, you can tailor your communication, presentation, and negotiations for better relationships based on their values, not your own. This subtle shift in thinking and communication creates significant improvements in collaboration, teamwork, conflict resolution, and more.
ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:
Dr. Linda Wiley is a certified diversity executive (CDE) through the Society for Diversity and a certified relationship specialist (CRS) through the American Psychotherapy Association. She is a speaker, author, life coach, and a speaker in Les Brown’s speaker network. Additionally, Dr. Wiley published her first book, “Tame Your Tongue & Transform Your Relationship,” and also co-authored “Giving Gratitude,” part of the best-selling series “Wake Up…Live the Life You Love.” Dr. Wiley, along with Turning Point Leadership Group, facilitates sessions around the world on Diversity & Inclusion, Empowering Women to Lead, and other sessions that grow and develop organizations to ignite change and improve performance.
The AWN Meal for our luncheon this month is Braised Beef Brisket Strudel with Fontina Cheese, Roasted Fall Vegetable Salad, Chipotle-Lime Aioli and for dessert Old-Fashioned Bread Pudding, Bourbon-Vanilla, Chantilly Cream. You have the option to choose if you would like the AWN Meal, a gluten-free meal or a vegetarian option.

We like to have Your Name and the Name of Your Company in order to have a name badge prepared and ready for you at the registration table, so please complete your “attendee(s) information”. Don’t forget to bring your business cards, not only for networking but because we will be raffling for gifts and spotlight opportunities.
